As a Quick Resolution Claims Support Officer within our NSW CTP Claims team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers from the moment they contact us, ensuring their claims are set up efficiently and they receive the right support from day one.
Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll provide exceptional customer service, coordinate claim information, and support our Claims Advisors by keeping claims moving smoothly from lodgement through to resolution.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for customers lodging CTP claims, providing empathetic and professional support.
Manage inbound enquiries with a first-call resolution mindset.
Prepare and issue claim correspondence and supporting documentation.
Coordinate requests for claim information, including police reports and medical documentation.
Accurately enter and maintain claim information within our claims management systems.
Identify potential risks or fraud indicators and escalate where appropriate.
Support the wider claims team with administrative and operational activities to ensure claims progress efficiently.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is organised, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
You'll Also Bring
Experience in customer service, administration or contact centre environments.




Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage your time effectively.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous learning.
Experience within insurance or claims is beneficial but not essential.
