Flexible Caseload:Work across a mixed ages caseload from 3 to 65, with referrals through NDIS and Medicare.
There is also the option to tailor your caseload to your interests, including a purely paediatric caseload.
Neuroaffirming Practice:Be part of a service led by a neurodivergent Director, with many team members bringing lived experience.
The focus is on thoughtful, high-quality, neuroaffirming therapy.
Varied Work Settings:Deliver therapy in the clinic near Little Mountain and out in the community, including schools, homes, and the park.
Supportive Multidisciplinary Team:Join a team of 4 OTs, 1 part-time Social Worker, 2 AHAs, and a Clinical Nurse Consultant with 15 years of experience.
The most Senior OT has more than 30 years of experience, so support is always close by.
AHA Support:Work alongside AHAs who can assist with service delivery and help support growth within the service.
Professional Development:Receive a $1,500 CPD allowance plus 20 hours of PD leave.




PD is strongly encouraged during work time, with access to subscribed training courses and internal supervision with the Director.
Structured Onboarding:Enjoy a gradual induction with a strong focus on settling in, getting to know the team, and work shadowing.
KPI monitoring does not begin until month 3, and you will have a structured orientation and buddy system for support.
Explicit and Manageable KPIs:Billable expectations are 65%, equivalent to 24.7 hours per week.
Strong Admin Support:The admin team manages bookings and billings, allowing clinicians to focus on client care.
Flexibility and Autonomy:Manage your own calendar, block out personal appointments when needed, and choose your start and finish times.
There are WFH options for admin, plus the choice of a 9-day fortnight or 4-day working week, with flexibility around your day off.
Collaborative Team Culture:This is a close-knit, family-feel environment where people support each other, have lunch together, and work with a high level of trust and flexibility.
There is no micromanagement, and team meetings are held monthly.

Competitive Salary:$85,000 - $105,000 + Super
Travel Allowance:99c per km reimbursed fortnightly, or car allowance based on average travel.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
