Our client travels from Melbourne to Geelong 3 times a week for supervised family visits.
You will meet them at the place of visitation in Geelong.
We require a reliable support worker who has extensive experience dealing with manage high anxiety, BPD and ADHD to keep them calm and focused across every visit, whilst de-escalating highly sensitive situations.
About You:
Energetic, adaptable, and dependable - we need the same person for each shift.
You must be reliable.
Naturally organised and prepared for each session
Clear and calm in communication and quick to troubleshoot
Respectful of diversity and inclusion
Comfortable using apps and telehealth tools
Australian work rights are required for this position
Minimum 6 months of support worker experience is required
Cert III in Disability
Reliable Car, Insurance & Drives License
Public/Professional Indemnity Insurance
