Job Description
NATIONAL COLLEGE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD The Marketing Officer will plan and implement marketing strategy to help National College Australia grow.
You will study market trends, manage the marketing budget, create campaigns and content for websites, social media and printed materials, and work with outside agencies.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both planning and carrying out the work.
You will help promote education courses that support Australia's care and support workers.

Task & responsibilities Develop long-term marketing strategies, plans, objectives, policies and promotional programs that support business growth plans.
Prepare digital marketing strategies and plans to strengthen the organisation's brand, reputation, and market presence.
Develop, coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support organisational goals and increase brand awareness and reputation in the target audience.
Analyse marketing data, campaign performance and consumer insights to evaluate effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements, including strategies to enhance customer (Students) acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research to identify student demand, consumer behaviour, industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the education and training sector.
Advise management on matters including pricing, promotion activities, product mix and market opportunities.
Create engaging content across digital and print channels, including website content, social media, brochures,



advertising and promotional materials.
Coordinate the production of marketing collateral by working with designers, copywriters, print and digital media agencies, influencers and other external suppliers Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, designers, printers, and media providers to coordinate the production of marketing materials and campaign deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance and stakeholder feedback to measure return on investment (ROI).
Ensure marketing and promotional activities comply with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualification & experience Essential Proven experience in marketing, communications or advertising roles with hands-on responsibility for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media management and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce compelling, skilled content Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Desirable Experience in the education, VET or not-for-profit sector; understanding of student recruitment marketing or RTO compliance requirements.
