Key Responsibilities
Prepare timber floor surfaces through professional sanding and finishing
Deliver exceptional on-site customer service
Ensure all completed work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Work collaboratively and professionally with our team to meet project deadlines
Conduct final inspections and complete touch-ups or rectification work as required
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in timber floor sanding and finishing
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Staining and lime washing is a bonus
Experiences in coatings, sealers,



and finishing products in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and on-site work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Valid manual driver's licence
