Wiso's Wollongong, also known as Wiseman Park Bowling Club, is a welcoming, family-friendly registered and licensed club located in Gwynneville.
We offer outdoor dining, a popular bistro, and a strong reputation as one of the Illawarra's leading venues for Barefoot Bowls and Glow Bowls.
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused Club Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to progress into a part-time position.
About You
· Be a supportive team leader with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
· Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to members and guests.
· Maintain a high level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail in all areas of the role.
· Work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced club environment.
· Be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
· Contribute to a dedicated team that takes pride in providing a welcoming workplace for members, visitors, and the local community.
Qualifications and Experience
· Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG certification.
· Sound understanding of registered club operations and compliance requirements.
· Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry.
· Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality, club, or similar venue environment.
· Knowledge of gaming machines, TAB,



Keno operations, and related compliance obligations.
· Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
· Accurate cash handling experience, including opening, end-of-shift, and safe reconciliation procedures.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead by example and support the team in maintaining the club's service standards.
· Oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with club policies.
· Ensure all operational areas are prepared for trade and that staffing levels are appropriate to business needs.
· Respond to operational issues across the club and make sound decisions during shifts.
· Delegate tasks effectively and provide support and direction to team members.
· Maintain full compliance with RSA, RCG & ARCG requirements.
· Maintain the physical security of the club and ensure cash handling, opening, closing, and reconciliation procedures are followed.
· Promote and maintain safe work practices in accordance with WHS legislation and club policies, including a workplace free from bullying and harassment.
· Complete accurate shift reports and communicate relevant information to management.
