Langs Building Supplies is a family owned and operated business, who for more than 45 years, has been supplying a full range of quality building products to our customers.
An opportunity has become available for the services of an experienced yard person/forklift driver at our Bells Creek site.
We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working person to join our team.
Experience with timber an advantage but not necessary.
This position requires physical labour due to picking and packing of timber orders.The role is 38hours a week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
About the role:
· Receiving orders from suppliers – Inwards goods
· Manual picking and packing of outgoing customer orders
· Moving timber around in our timber shed and yard
· Loading customer orders onto trucks and PODs ready for delivery
· Driving forklifts
· Follow secure working standards and procedures
Skills and Experience:
· Must have a valid LF forklift licence




· Experience with timber an advantage
· Experience driving up to 5 tonne forklifts
· Must be fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Able to follow procedures
· Must have the right to work in Australia
