We are currently seeking an Unqualified Support Worker
to provide services in the North Metro area, in Yanchep and its
surrounds.
As an Unqualified Support Worker, your focus will be to support
our clients to continue to live at home in a clean, safe
environment as well as providing transport and assistance with
meals.
To be successful in this role, you must be available to
commit to:
Permanent part time employment, working a minimum
of 15 hours per week
Shifts between the hours of 8am – 4pm on Tuesdays,
Fridays and one other day.
As you will be required to use your own car in this role, we
offer a travel allowance per kilometre.
About You
Previous experience working as a cleaner will be highly
regarded!
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a
reliable vehicle
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply
for one)
The Role
Professionally deliver a variety of services including food
preparation, cleaning, laundry services as well as supporting
hobbies, interests and leisure activities
Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean,
tidy and protected from hazards
Ensure all tasks and outcomes are met and documented
appropriately
Support clients with transport to appointments
Provide social support to clients by spending time doing
the things they love
