properties, allowing you to provide outstanding service without the burnout often experienced in larger agencies.
Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our Joondalup office.
You'll begin with approximately***** properties, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with your landlords and tenants while your portfolio grows steadily over time.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly alongside the business owner within one of Perth's fastest-growing independent real estate agencies.
About the Role
You will manage your own growing portfolio from end to end, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own residential property portfolio
Conducting home opens and private viewings
Processing tenancy applications throughREA Ignite
Preparing leases and arranging electronic signing via DocuSign
Lodging bonds within legislative timeframes
Conducting routine inspections




Completing final bond inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors
Advertising vacant properties
Managing arrears and day-to-day tenancy matters
Attending Tribunal hearings when required
Ensuring full compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio through exceptional service and referrals
Please note:Property Condition Reports (PCRs) are outsourced, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This position is offered with anentry-level salary, reflecting the fact you'll commence with a manageable portfolio of approximately***** propertieswith full intention to grow it to 80 properties in *****months.
As your portfolio grows, so will your remuneration.




We believe in rewarding performance and providing a clear pathway for career progression.
Salary reviews will occur as your portfolio increases, with your full Property Manager salary applying once you reach yourportfolio cap of 80 properties.
Rather than inheriting an overwhelming workload from day one, you'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, refine your systems and grow alongside the business with the support of an experienced team and the business owner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Current WA Property Management Registration (or Real Estate Registration/Licence)
Current CPD requirements completed
Current Australian Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance
Minimum 12 months' experience managing your own portfolio
Strong working knowledge ofPropertyMe
Experience usingInspection Express
Experience usingREA Ignite(or the ability to quickly learn)
Excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
A proactive, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
