People will often come to you with questions, but success in this role also comes from spotting trends, risks and opportunities before they become obvious to others.
You'll be supported by experienced analysts, work closely with leaders across the business and gain exposure to both the technical side of analytics and the commercial decisions that sit behind the numbers.
This role is based at our Sunshine Coast HQ in Sippy Downs.
We work together in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so we're looking for someone who already lives locally or is genuinely planning to make the Sunshine Coast home.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing reporting solutions from gathering requirements through to delivering insights stakeholders can act onExtracting,



transforming and validating data using SQL and dbt to build reliable datasetsBuilding and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business performanceInvestigating business questions, identifying trends and helping teams understand what the data is telling themWorking closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to support decision makingBalancing multiple projects and priorities while continuously improving reporting and analytics outputs
What Great Looks Like
You enjoy digging deeper into problems and using data to uncover answers that others may have missedYou have SQL capability and experience working with complex datasets (preferred at commencement) You can create clear, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools (preferred at commencement) You communicate insights in a way that helps stakeholders make informed decisions (can be developed further with coaching and experience) You bring a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work (can be strengthened over time)
