About the role
As an Early Childhood Educator - Certificate 3 at Kin Early Education Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children in our early learning centre in Healesville, VIC.
This full-time role involves creating engaging learning experiences and providing a nurturing environment to support the holistic development of children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
Plan and implement stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Provide a safe, caring and inclusive setting that promotes the wellbeing and learning of each child
Observe, document and assess children's progress to inform future planning
Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the early learning centre
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
What we're looking for
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience working in an early learning workplace, preferably in a similar role
Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement engaging programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Current First Aid, CPR,



Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
