Your Opportunity
This is a full time, 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover position, commencing in August ****.
As aJob Coachin the InclusiveEmployment Australia (IEA) program, you'll play a key role in helping participants overcome barriers and prepare for meaningful employment.
You'll provide tailored, person-centred support that builds confidence, enhances employability, and connects people with sustainable job opportunities.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by empowering people with disability, injury, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals through practical guidance, advocacy, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group-based coaching, including resume development, job applications, interview preparation, and job readiness activities that build confidence and employability.
Identify and address barriers to employment, connecting participants with appropriate services, supports, and resources to achieve their goals.
Develop strong relationships with employers and proactively promote participants to identify and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
Manage a caseload effectively, providing consistent, personalised support throughout the employment journey.
Maintain accurate records and manage complex administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate can be based at either our Kilmore or Seymour office,



and travel as required to support team and participant needs.
