Your next opportunity We are actively seeking a Project Manager to help lead hands-on Mobile Concrete operations on the Sunshine Coast.
You will manage teams, budgets, clients and site performance while staying active on-site.
Initially oversee an established operation and play a key role in growing a second through **** and beyond.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, reporting to the Major Projects Manager (SEQ Concrete) and part of Boral's wider Concrete and Quarries business in South East Queensland.
Your day will involve:
Lead safe and efficient operations across multiple Concrete sites (initially one), delivering reliable outcomes for our customersLead, coach and develop operational teams to drive performance and engagement and deliver industry-leading service with zero harmPlan and coordinate production and delivery activities to optimise service and plant performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, systems and processesManage site performance, including budgets, forecasts and operational targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupport day-to-day plant operations, including batching, to ensure consistent service deliverySupport recruitment and onboarding for new plant staffEnsuring compliance with Boral's OH&S;, environmental and quality standards
What are we looking for?
Understanding of Concrete batch plants, processes and quality standards with project and operations management experienceProven leadership skills with a focus on safety and team developmentPractical knowledge of OH&S; and environmental legislationStrong communication and coaching skills with a customer-focused mindsetBackground in civil,



construction or agriculture (tickets/ licenses desirable)Must hold a valid Construction White Card and commit to site safety standardsValid driver's licence and a clean driving record
