Working with the finest quality locally sourced produce, we have a commitment to excellence and we pride ourselves on delivering the finest meats and outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of butchering, including breaking carcass meat, value adding, sausage making, and preparing meat according to specifications
Attention to detail in all cutting aspects a must.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with selections and offering expert advice on cuts and cooking methods
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Uphold high standards in presentation and hygiene
Requirements:
Proven experience in butchering and meat retailing
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, both individually, and as a team
Clean, tidy, and presentable appearance
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Must be available to work days from Monday - Saturdays
