About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, polished, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our client's team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and takes pride in helping people look and feel their best.
You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor and develop your knowledge of luxury menswear, personal styling, garment fitting, and tailoring.
The successful candidate will commence on a casual basis with full-time hours during an initial probationary period, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time salaried position offering increased responsibility and career growth.
Roster & Hours:




Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday & Sunday rostered off
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
Create a premium in-store experience for every customer
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Provide personalised styling advice and wardrobe recommendations
Assist customers with garment selection and outfit coordination
Maintain Boutique Standards:
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with stock presentation and organisation
Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards
Contribute positively to the boutique culture and customer experience
Learn Specialist Menswear Skills:
Develop expertise in luxury menswear brands and fabrics
Learn professional fitting and measurement techniques
Assist with tailoring consultations and garment alterations
Become a trusted advisor on style, fit, and presentation
What's on Offer:
General Retail Industry Award - Level 2 casual rates during probation
$***** per hour Monday to Friday
$***** per hour Saturday




Full-time hours from commencement
