The RoleYou'll play a key role in maximising portfolio performance by managing leasing activity across a range of retail assets.Your responsibilities will include:Negotiating new leases, renewals, assignments, and lease variationsManaging retailer enquiries and maintaining strong tenant relationshipsWorking closely with leasing agents to secure new tenantsPreparing Heads of Agreement and coordinating lease documentationAssisting with tenancy mix and leasing strategy initiativesMonitoring critical lease dates, expiries,
and option periodsSupporting asset management and development teams on leasing projectsLiaising with external solicitors throughout the leasing processPreparing leasing reports and maintaining accurate lease records
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings:Experience in retail or commercial leasing, property management, or asset managementStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA commercial mindset with the ability to identify leasing opportunitiesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyA proactive and relationship-focused approach
