Role Description This is a casual, hybrid and fully flexible Human Resources and Industrial Relations role based in Adelaide, SA.
The role involves working with day to day HR cases, including employee lifecycle processes, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records.
The position supports the design, implementation, and ongoing review of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits, along with aligning psychosocial safety and wellbeing principles.
Daily tasks include advising leaders and team members on HR and industrial relations matters, coordinating performance and development processes, and assisting with employee relations issues and workplace investigations.
The role also contributes to HR projects,
supports compliance with relevant legislation and workplace safety standards, and partners with internal stakeholders to embed Humn's wellbeing-focused approach across the organisation.
QualificationsStrong foundations in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management or Industrial Relations, including experience in HR operations and advisory work.Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support psychosocial safety, compliance, and fair workplace practices.Knowledge of Employee Advantages design and administration, with a focus on wellbeing and employee engagement.Experience in Personnel Management, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks, workplace health and safety, and relevant employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgement in sensitive situations.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience working with wellbeing or mental health initiatives in the workplace is highly regarded.
