About the role
Due to consistent business and market growth, we have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team.
We are currently seeking somemandarin speakerfull-time Education Consultant/migration agent assistant in the Sydney headquarters office to join our professional team.
The role will also include:
Providing qualified academic advice for international students
Communicate with educations providers to follow up on students' applications
Assist students' applications and enrolments
Assist students' visa application
Assist the Migration Agent in preparing documentation for visa applications
Assist the mara agent to prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues
Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications
Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system

Skills and experience
Should be amandarin speakerEducation Consultant or Registered Migration Agent assistant
Remains on top of changing legislation and policies.
Ability to learn quickly new systems and processes.
Good writing and communication skills.
Professional, fast, and accurate with High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Has superior project management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, Education Providers and other parties
Good strong customer service attitude.
