About the Roles
Sous Chef (Full-Time)
Working closely with the Head Chef and management team, you'll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards, supporting and mentoring the team, assisting with menu development, and helping drive efficient kitchen operations.
Casual Chefs
We're looking for experienced chefs who are passionate about producing quality food, enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
Previous leadership experience (Sous Chef applicants)
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
A positive attitude and strong team focus
Reliability, professionalism and pride in your work
