DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice in South Australia.

Working with a diverse client base, you will manage a range of matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Interview clients and take detailed instructions
Draft, review and amend a range of legal documents
Manage wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate administration matters
Conduct legal research and provide practical advice to clients
Maintain carriage of files and ensure matters progress efficiently
Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, courts and external stakeholders
Delegate work to support staff where appropriate
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and positive client outcomes
Maintain accurate file management and time recording practices
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in Wills & Estates
Experience with simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives and estate litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
Sound legal research and problem-solving capabilities
A team-oriented and professional working style
