About the role
We have 2 Sanitation Cleaner positions available at Edinburgh Park for a 7-day rotational roster between:
Monday to Friday 11:00pm - 5:00am
Saturdays 3:00pm - 9:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm (depending on department assigned)
The main purpose of the positions is to conduct the cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, machinery, and work areas in a FMCG facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate the system to clean and sanitise production equipment, tanks and pipelines.
Disassemble, clean, sanitise and reassemble all equipment as needed.
Carry out all sanitation practices according to company policies and applicable health regulations and laws.
Adhere to Lustra's and our client's Food Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.

Reporting of Non-Conformance and Work Health Safety incidents
Requirements
Available to worknight shiftMonday to Friday andafternoon shifton weekends with minimal overtime on the spot if required.
Available to work weekends or a rotational roster over 7 days.
Previous cleaning experience within the food environment (preferred butnot essential)
Must be physically fit.
No VISA working restrictions.
Comfortable with handling raw poultry
Chemical Awareness or the willingness to learn.
Willing to work with hazardous chemicals; PPE and training provided.
Be prepared to undergo medical screening.
Successful candidates must agree to a Police Clearance Check prior to commencement of role.
