Key responsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of business clients across tax compliance, financial reporting and strategic advisoryReview financial statements and tax returns across individuals, partnerships, trusts & companiesLead virtual CFO engagements, delivering budgeting, cash flow forecasting and commercial insights to business owners and foundersProvide tax planning and structuring advice across complex business and family group arrangementsLead succession planning and business advisory conversations at senior levelReview and mentor junior accountants, supporting their development and quality of outputDrive client engagement, acquisition and retention, building long-term trusted relationships
The ideal candidateExperienced in a management position in public practice across business services and taxStrong technical knowledge across business entity structuresTrack record in Virtual CFO and business advisory work,
able to translate numbers into commercial decisionsExperience with tax planning and structuring for privately owned businesses and family groupsStrong leadership presence, able to mentor a team while maintaining excellent senior-level client relationshipsProactive, commercially curious, and comfortable managing a varied client portfolio in a rapid-paced environmentSomeone who genuinely enjoys the advisory side, building client relationships, not just filing returns
