About the role
As Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will shape and deliver StudyAdelaide's digital marketing vision, leading strategy, paid media, content and audience engagement initiatives that enhance Adelaide's global profile as a study destination.
You will be StudyAdelaide's digital marketing subject matter expert, using data, audience insights and emerging technologies to improve performance, strengthen digital capability and deliver measurable outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams, agencies and partners, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure digital activity supports StudyAdelaide's strategic objectives and the broader international education sector.
You will be responsible for:
Leading StudyAdelaide's digital marketing, paid media and audience engagement strategy to strengthen Adelaide's profile as a study destination
Overseeing the performance and continuous improvement of digital channels, including website, CRM and social media platforms
Using data, audience insights and performance reporting to optimise campaigns, demonstrate impact and improve return on investment
Leading content and storytelling across digital campaigns, website content, social media, video and marketing collateral
Managing media, creative, digital and technology partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and value for money
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing digital marketing team
About you




You are an experienced digital marketing leader who combines strategic thinking, creativity, data and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.
You are confident working in a rapidly-evolving digital setting and bring curiosity about how AI and emerging marketing technologies can improve performance, efficiency and audience engagement.
You bring:
Degree qualifications in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business or a related field
Demonstrated experience leading digital marketing strategy and delivery, ideally 7+ years
Strong experience across digital marketing platforms and technologies, including CRM, social media, website management, SEO, AEO, analytics and paid media
Proven ability to develop and optimise multi-channel organic and paid digital strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement and agency management skills
Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
Confidence influencing stakeholders and applying emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve performance
The successful applicant must have Australian working rights and complete a Working with Children Check as part of the appointment process.
This is a full time role offered on a three year contract.
Salary will be negotiated and aligned to skills and experience.
