About you:
Relevant experience in managing a business or standalone business unit – ideally within the aged care sector.An ability to drive and implement organisational change and bring your team along a path of change-management.Demonstrated experience and a proven track record of managing and growing businesses, or business units.Experience in ensuring the continual improvement of business and financial processes and systems.Solid analytical and leadership skills and experience in developing and motivating a diverse team within the businessResilient and pragmatic approachStrong people management skills and understanding of the employment landscape in Australia.Sound commercial acumen - Strong financial literacy
