What You'll Do




Be the first point of contact for families reaching out to our serviceManage appointments for our amazing team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)Keep client records accurate and confidentialRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and webBuild strong relationships with clients and familiesHandle accounts receivable and NDIS claimsSupport therapists with admin tasks related to therapyGeneral typing, data entry, and computer work
What You'll Bring
Experience with practice management software (essential)Knowledge of NDIS admin requirements or similar funding packagesStrong communication and customer service skillsConfidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent time management and attention to detailA proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
