We are currently seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focusedReceptionistto join the team at ourLexus of Maroochydoredealership.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be the face of our dealership.
Working closely with both the Reception and Sales teams, you will provide critical support from the moment a guest enters our showroom until the moment they drive away in their new vehicle.
Your typical week will include:
Guest Experience:Ensuring the showroom floor and customer lounge are impeccably presented and maintained at all times.
Operational Support:Managing the checking in of vehicles, books, and keys.
Sales Enablement:Tracking and managing all enquiries, following up on potential leads, and providing database maintenance.
Administration:Handling switchboard and email traffic, raising invoices, filing, reporting, mail management, data entry, and banking.
Team Support:Assisting with employee timecard processes and general supply ordering.
Note: Experience with QLD Vehicle Registration is highly regarded.

Intermediate PC skills and a current driver's licence.
