A unique chance exists for a drivenFull timeRetail Assistant /Administratorto work at ourMornington Showroom.Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales.
Your "New" Day to Day:
Process and manage customer quotes, orders, rentals and hire contracts efficiently.
Coordinate and monitor product trials, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Follow up funding approvals and manage open ATP quotes.
Monitor ATP open orders and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service across all interactions.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Identify customer needs and facilitate referrals to relevant internal departments where appropriate.
Utilize internal systems to log, update, track, close and archive customer requests.
Support showroom administration,



including stock replenishment and general operational tasks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and local community stakeholders.
Represent ILS professionally within the local community and contribute to business growth opportunities.
About You:
You are passionate about deliveringexceptional customer serviceand creating positive customer experiences.
You have excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
You have a genuine desire to help others and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
You possessstrong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
You are confident using computer systems and learning new technology; experience with SAP is advantageous.
You are a self-motivated and proactive problem solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
You have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You hold, or are willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
You have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
