Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to joinLockyer Valley Early Education Centre (EEC).
Schedule:Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available)
Location:Gatton
Compensation:Up to $39/hr + super
Lead Educator
Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
Mentor and support Assistant Educators
Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards
Qualifications & Attributes:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Blue Card
Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
