The Role:
Welcoming clients and managing front reception
Answering and directing incoming calls
Providing administration support to the Property Management team
Conducting ingoing inspections and open homes throughout the week
Assisting with general office coordination and day-to-day operations
Maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service
About You:
A current Certificate of Registration (COR)
Previous experience in real estate reception, leasing, administration or property management
A professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate
