Experienced Conveyancer
CS Legal is currently seeking an Experienced Conveyancer to join our established boutique Property Settlement team.
We are a WA based Law Firm with offices in Perth, Joondalup, Dunsborough and Bunbury, specialises in Property & Commercial Law, Property Settlements and Debt Recovery since ****.
The position is permanent & full time and suit candidates who are committed to taking an autonomous approach to their work.
Reporting to the Manager, the Conveyancer key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience managing own portfolio of files.
· Liaising with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely & professional manner
· Handling full conveyancing matters from start to finish.
· Preparing settlement documentation, preparing and adjusting settlement statements with ability to explain the process clearly to clients.
· Building good relationships with clients and delivering excellent services
· Files and Database Management – identify and resolve discrepancies immediately
· Experience with paper-based settlements as well as electronic settlements using PEXA
· Well-developed knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
· Support senior conveyancers and admin staff as required.
Required Experience & Skills
· Skilled and pleasant telephone manners
· Team player & Workplace confidentiality
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
· Demonstrated experience with PEXA and SETTPLUS
· Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
· Solid organisational skill with strong attention to detail
· Outstanding work ethic and a Can-do attitude
· Proactive and support-focused mindset with high levels of initiative
