Work from home (or wherever suits you).
Superannuation paid on top of your hourly rate, directly into your super fund.
Access to clinical supervision and a supportive team when you want it.
Happy to talk through the full details of the arrangement when you get in touch.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating supports for participants within their NDIS plan funding, in line with their goals.
Building participants' capacity to understand their plan, exercise choice and control,
and connect with mainstream and community supports.
Liaising with providers, families, and other stakeholders to keep supports working well together.
Maintaining accurate case notes and records that meet NDIS Practice Standards and reporting requirements.
