Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and cutting meat to high standards
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the work area
Providing excellent customer service
Managing stock and ensuring proper storage
Assisting with training and supervision of junior staff
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Must be a fully qualified butcher
Positive communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
