Location - Hobart Tasmania.
Working primarily onsite with some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement

As aSenior .
Net Developer,we expect you to haveat least 5 years of software development experienceacross ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Full Stack, and experience across all areas of the software development lifecycle.
You will work within SRA project teams alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, Consultants, Developers, and Management who care passionately about quality, timeliness and client outcomes.
We want you for your development skills, and, if suitable to you, these roles can include being the technical lead on projects, becoming responsible for developer teams and mentoring developers to generate high-quality outputs.
These roles also offer the chance to meet with clients and translate outcomes into projects, assist sales and account management teams to win work and we support people in these roles to offer succession into Architecture, Leadership and Management roles if desirable to you.
We will assist you to maintain and grow your certifications,



capabilities and experience as well as add to them with shared areas of interest under a mutual professional development program.
Responsibilities Include
Deliver exceptional software development outcomes.
Peer review and offer assistance to other project team members.
Input into the continuous improvement of SRA
Skills and Experience Required
5+ Years' experience in ASP.Net, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Full Stack.
Experience/Qualifications in Bootstrap, jQuery / Angular JS, ReactJS, AJAX, WEB API, ASP.Net Core,
2+ Years' experience working as part of a project team with timelines, budgets and quality metrics to achieve.
Extensive experience with software development methodologies including agile and waterfall.
Knowledge of web application architecture and MVC design pattern.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science / Information Technology
Highly Regarded
Microsoft and/or AWS Certifications
Strong soft skills, including analytical skills, excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, presentation skills and client engagement/management skills.
