Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA.
As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling and manufacturing cutting-edge electronic products for our global client base.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, quick-paced environment and contribute to the success of our leading manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies to build complete products according to technical specifications and quality standards
Perform soldering, wiring, testing and inspection tasks to ensure product functionality and reliability
Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain efficiency and safety in the manufacturing process
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, implementing corrective actions as required
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the manufacturing process
What we're looking for
1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing role
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components, tools and assembly techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
Excellent dexterity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills




Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills
