We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Roving Enrolled Nurse (Permanent Part-Time, 75 hours per fortnight) to support our clients across supported accommodation settings.
This is a energetic role combining hands-on care with clinical leadership, working closely with Registered and Clinical Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.About the Role
Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (Operations) and working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager (Clinical), this role is a balance of:
50% clinical support50% direct client care
You will play a key role in monitoring client wellbeing, supporting support workers, and ensuring best practice clinical care is delivered across services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight within your scope of practiceSupport medication management and administer treatments in line with guidelinesAssist with wound care, PEG/gastrostomy care, and chronic condition managementMonitor client health including weight, hydration,
and clinical observationsAttend medical and telehealth appointmentsConduct care plan reviews and clinical reportingMentor and guide support workers in clinical proceduresRespond to changes in client conditions and escalate as requiredMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationSupport daily living activities and deliver person-centred care

Current Enrolled Nurse registration (AHPRA) (Medication Endorsed preferred)Experience or training in wound care, enteral feeding, diabetes management, and client assessmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead, mentor and support team membersSound clinical judgement and decision-making skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach
