About Us
We own and operate a beautiful boutique hotel in Bilinga on the Southern Gold Coast, directly opposite the beach.
We're currently hiring for two roles to support our growing team:Reception StaffandHousekeepers.
Live-in arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
RECEPTION STAFF— $30–$40 per hour
Our busy hotel reception area doubles as our bar and cafe.
We need motivated, experienced and enthusiastic staff who take pride in delivering 5-star service.
This casual role provides essential support to the business, so we need someone reliable to work shifts assigned across a full 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends.
Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
All bar and cafe duties as required
Being enthusiastic, reliable and self-driven
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong work ethic and excellent personal presentation
Full availability, including night and weekend work
Hotel front office/reception experience
A current RSA
Experience within a busy bar/cafe environment




Positive wine and cocktail knowledge
Barista skills
High-level customer service focus
HOUSEKEEPER— $35–$45 per hour
We're seeking reliable and experienced housekeeping superstars to assist in the daily operations of our boutique hotel.
About the role:
Clean guest rooms to a high standard
Ensure guest supplies are maintained
Clean public areas of the hotel to a high standard
Report lost property following hotel procedures
Handle cleaning equipment with care
Successful applicants will have:
Experience in a similar role
High attention to detail
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work across a full 7-day roster
