Job Overview
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast.
Reporting directly to the GM of Projects & Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard and that products meet safety, performance and compliance requirements.
This is a full‐time, permanent role based onsite at the Maryborough Service Delivery Centre.
Responsibilities
Oversee all Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes
Manage the Quality Management System
Collaborate with internal functions such as engineering, procurement and production to drive holistic quality management
Advise, support and influence delivery planning, risk mitigation and decision‐making
Develop and implement assurance systems and process controls
Provide high‐level reporting and insights to leadership
Qualifications
5 years demonstrated experience in a quality management role
Six Sigma or lean manufacturing qualification is an advantage
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (ideally rail, automotive or similar)
Sound knowledge of quality management systems, processes and controls
Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and across functions
