Role Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) – Essential
- Experience in disability or aged care support is preferred
- Ability to assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
-Mandatory: Two passive sleepover shifts per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications & Compliance (Mandatory):
✔ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
✔NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✔ First Aid & CPR Certification
✔Manual Handling Training (preferred)
✔ Valid Driver's License (preferred)
✔Valid Passport & Visa with Full time Working Rights in Australia(Mandatory)
