YOU By Dr Shauna Wattsis seeking a passionate people person to join our team in the role of Patient Concierge.
This role involves leading the day-to-day journey of our valued patients from their first interaction to their long term association with our Practice.
Dr Shauna has two locations and this position will be based inForresters Beach.

With a team of dedicated professionals, including experienced General Practitioners, cosmetic doctors, cosmetic nurse injectors, allied health professionals and a loyal administration and skin care team, we have built a strong reputation as leaders in our field.
Required Experience:Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate two (2) years' experience working in a cosmetic clinic or specialist medical practice in a reception position.
However, we are open to training a person with a great attitude and a focus on delivering patient satisfaction.

Loves to be organised and prepares for the day by 'looking forward' to be prepared for whatever may come.
Developing and maintaining a 'Concierge Experience' for all our patients
Being the point of contact for both the staff and patients.
Working on reception.
Meeting our patients who come in for a range of treatments & services, including women's health, cosmetic enhancements,



laser / dermal skin treatments and other medical issues.
Overseeing the Team Roster and filling any gaps due to staff leave or illness.
Working with People & Culture to ensure all our valued employees and service providers have a truly awesome experience at work and can give their best because they feel their best!
(Understanding that some days can be trying, they know they have a mentor to guide and support them).

Hours:Our employees generally work an 8 hour day between 8.30am – 5.30pm with a late night on Thursday.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working in a high end skincare, medical / surgical reception setting will be highly regarded
Experience in the use of a variety of patient management systems
Interest in women's health, cosmetic procedures and non-surgical treatments.
Ability to manage patient records with confidentiality
An eye for detail and accuracy in documentation
Willing to be a team player, helping with other ad-hoc duties around the Practice when needed.
