About the roleAs an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, including children, adults and neurodivergent individuals, supporting people to build independence, increase capacity and achieve meaningful goals.Experience working within the NDIS, with pediatrics, neurodiversity and mental health is highly regarded but not essential.




We value the right attitude and are committed to supporting your ongoing professional development.The role may include:• Functional Capacity Assessments• Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations• Capacity Building supports• Sensory and emotional regulation strategies• Home and Living assessments• Functional reports and progress reporting• Community, clinic and telehealth appointments• Working collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other stakeholdersYou'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of our allied health services as we continue to expand across the Riverina.

Administrative supportWe understand Occupational Therapists should be focused on clinical work,



not administration.Our administration team manages participant enquiries, intakes, scheduling and day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and achieving meaningful outcomes for participants.You won't be expected to manage front office duties or administrative workloads, giving you more time to do what you do best.

Essential requirements• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy• Current AHPRA registration• Minimum one year's experience as an Occupational Therapist• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)• Working with Children Check• Working with Vulnerable People Check prior to commencement• Strong communication, assessment and report writing skillsExperience in disability services, the NDIS, paediatrics, neurodiversity and mental health will be highly regarded.
