About the Role
We are seeking an engaging and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team.
Restaurant Manager to report directly to the restaurant directors and take over the daily operations of the venue and help continue its growth.
Key Tasks
Manage daily operations - lunch and dinner service
Liaise with chef to determine function menu
Plan, manage and execute weekly events for up to 150 people
Lead the FOH team staff including supervisors, team leaders, wait staff, bar staff and events staff
Hands on management style with much time spent on the floor leading from the front
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for stock control
Recruit, train, manage and develop all reporting staff




Day to Day Responsibilities
Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivery of seamless and great customer service.
Reporting and cash-ups
Weekly rostering and ordering
Keep shop clean, organised and uncluttered always ready for service
Must hold a responsible service of alcohol
Restaurant management experiences - 2 years (Preferred)
All applicants must have the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts
