This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating site operations, supporting production teams, and driving safety and operational performance across a fast-paced industrial environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:Coordinate daily production activities across multiple sites to achieve operational targets.
Support site supervisors and team leaders to resolve production issues and maintain workflow.
Plan and coordinate weekend work schedules, labour, and equipment requirements.
Monitor and report production data, including tonnes processed, downtime, and KPIs.
Liaise with maintenance teams to coordinate equipment servicing and minimise downtime.
Organise internal and external labour to meet operational demands.
Promote a strong safety culture through proactive hazard identification and risk reduction.
Build strong relationships across site teams and ensure clear communication between operations and leadership.
About you:You are a hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills and a passion for keeping operations running efficiently.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
To be successful, you will ideally have:




A minimum of 5 years experience working in a crushing plant environment.
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
A current Front End Loader (FEL) Ticket and Excavator Ticket.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams for reporting and coordination.
A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
