In this leadership role, you will:
Receive weekly designated non-contact time as 2IC to effectively fulfil your responsibilities and receive any required training.
Lead a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG, ensuring meaningful outcomes for children.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.
Mentor and support educators to deliver consistent, engaging, and safe learning experiences.




As a Responsible Person In Charge (RPIC) you will support daily operations assisting the Centre Director with key administrative tasks, such as rostering, enrolments, tours, staff meetings and family communication.
Benefit from ongoing professional guidance and mentorship from an experienced Centre Director with over 15 years in the sector.
About You
• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Leadership experience within an ECEC setting
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
• Current Blue Card and relevant certifications
• Passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
