About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experiencedStores Officer/ Coordinatorto ensure the smooth receipt, storage, traceability and dispatch of goods, and timely preparation of job-specific materials (BOMs/work orders) to support efficient production.
Ensure all delivery documentation is captured within the relevant system and comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVL requirements.
Duties
Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and accurate inventory control of materials and components.
Pick, pack, and issue materials to production in accordance with work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Coordinate freight, dispatch, and delivery activities, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and packaging standards.
Maintain warehouse operations, including housekeeping, safe equipment operation, and compliance with WHS and QHSE requirements.
Support production by ensuring timely material availability and efficient movement of components.
Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions through the ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO **** requirements, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and material traceability procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, or materials handling role within a manufacturing, mining, engineering, or industrial workplace.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes.




Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
Valid forklift licence (LF).
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky items.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of electrical components and basic fabrication materials will be an added advantage.
