About the company Stabilised Pavements Group is focused on delivering pavement construction, rehabilitation and maintenance solutions that are cost effective, sound in design to deliver longevity and environmental sustainability.
These solutions are based on extensive engineering expertise, technology and systems that ensure the highest standards of quality, occupational health, safety and environmental management.Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart.
We have been operating for 40 years and employ over 250 people.
About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the leadership team as well as Foreman and Operators in the daily running of operations, including HR support, cost management and logistical planning of workers and fleet.
Exceptional communication skills are a must along with strong knowledge of computer technology and general office equipment.
DutiesProviding administrations support to our Operations Manager, Field based employees and internal staffLiaising on a daily basis with field staffUpdating systems, qualifications and inductionsTimesheet backup, liaising with payroll and supporting operationsResource allocation of people, plant, subcontractors and suppliersproduct supply bookingSupplier prequal managementFuel card / Blue Key / LV allocation,
management and reportingDPIS CoordinationProject Stock Management - organising PPE stock, office supplies, organising vehicles, travel and accommodationReception cover (when needed)
Skills & ExperienceWorking in a dynamic and fast paced environmentLogistics, planning and coordination experience from the civil and transport sectorsCompliance management experienceKnowledge of HR processesExperience as a coordinator in a business or logistics environmentSound knowledge of Microsoft office applicationsData entry into accounting software packagesTime ManagementAbility to work independently and display initiative
