? About the Role
As aClaims Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our projects together.
Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and seamless claims process for our clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
Registering and managing insurance claims in software systems
Communicating with clients, trades,



and contractors
Organising quotes, documentation, and appointments
Assist with the scheduling of inspections and repairs
Support teams across Construction, Restorations & Finance
Solve challenges and improve processes day-to-day

A background in administration or coordination
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace
Experience in insurance, building, or restoration is a bonus
