About You
You will bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Knowledge of secure sleep, supervision and child protection practices
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Child Protection and Food Safety training (or willingness to complete)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care
A love of nature-based learning and outdoor play
