The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and site teams, you will play an important role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects




Assisting with subcontract procurement, tendering, and trade package administration
Preparing project documentation, reports, and contract correspondence
Monitoring project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
Managing progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
Assisting with programme management and ensuring key project milestones are achieved
Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and client communication

We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator who is eager to continue building a long-term career in commercial construction.You will bring:
Approximately2 years' experiencein a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or similar role within commercial construction
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Exposure to commercial construction projects within South Australia
Organisational skills and commercial awareness with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
