We are building our temp pool across all hospitality departments:
Kitchen (All Levels)
Commis Chefs, Chef de Partie, Senior Chefs, Head Chefs, Cooks, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Hands & Stewards
Front of House
Food & Beverage Attendants, Café All Rounders, Baristas, Bar Attendants, Duty Managers & Supervisors
Housekeeping
Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants & Laundry Attendants
We're seeking reliable hospitality professionals who are confident, adaptable and take pride in delivering high standards.
Tickets & Compliance
QLD RSA required for all Front of House staff
Food Handler's Certificate required for kitchen roles and applicable FOH positions (e.g. Baristas & some Food & Beverage staff)
RSG & RMLV advantageous
Blue Card, Yellow Card & Police Clearance advantageous (not essential)




Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required for those wishing to accept regional shifts outside of Mackay
Students, Working Holiday Visa holders and applicants with full Australian working rights are welcome to apply.
