We're looking for an enthusiastic and experiencedFood & Beverage Leadto take ownership of our café operations and help shape the next chapter of our growing business.

About the Role
Reporting to the Guest Services Sector Lead, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our café while working closely with our Retail and Guest Services teams to deliver a seamless visitor experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing the café team.
Creating a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
Ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Maintaining outstanding food safety and hygiene standards.
Managing stock ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
Monitoring labour costs, food costs and café performance.
Developing seasonal menus and identifying new product opportunities.
Supporting catering for group tours,



events and special functions.
Implementing efficient systems and continuously improving operations.
Working collaboratively across the Commercial team to grow food and beverage revenue.
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys leading people and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience managing a café, restaurant or hospitality venue.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A solid understanding of food safety requirements and compliance.
Experience with stock control, ordering and cost management.
Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on approach—you'll happily jump behind the coffee machine or onto the floor whenever needed.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Experience in tourism, attractions or visitor experiences will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
